    Former All-American football from Ohio State hired by Big Ten Rival

    Another former Ohio State football star climbed into the rows of coaches and this time, it is with a rival school of Big Ten. Mike Brewster started four years for the Buckeyes From 2008 to 2011 and won the American honors in 2010 as well as the legend appointed for the 2011 season. After being not drafted, the native of Florida landed with the Jacksonville Jaguars for two seasons and took cups of coffee with the Miami Dolphins And Saint-Orleans saints Before hanging up the dreams of the NFL.

    Brewster began his coach trip to the secondary level in Florida with Orangewood Christian School in 2017 as an offensive and defensive line coach. Since he has entered the ranks of coaches, the old five -star recruit has spent time as a graduate assistant in western Michigan and Bowling Green before becoming a member of the defensive support staff for the Bearcates from Cincinnati and finally to be promoted to quality control. He then continued to train the tight ends for the Tennessee State and the offensive line for Valparaiso. He has now won a huge opportunity by joining Jed Faitch and his staff with the Washington Huskies Like his new deputy coach of offensive line.

    Fisch was the attacking coordinator during Brewster time in Jacksonville and this previous relationship has certainly played a role in this hiring.
