Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (WKBN) – The Pittsburgh Steelers officially published the Upston Smith Smith Friday.
Smith was acquired by the Steelers in a business with Green Bay packers before the NFL trade deadline last November. In the agreement, Green Bay received a seventh round draft choice in 2025.
Smith’s release allows Pittsburgh of $ 13.4 million in wage space in 2025 and 14.1 million dollars in 2026.
The 33 -year -old man appeared in eight games with the Steelers after trade. He counted two bags, 1 escaped recovery and 13 plated in total during his stay with Pittsburgh.
The NFL 10 -year -old veteran was originally a selection of recovery in the second round by Washington during the 2015 NFL draft.
He appeared in 163 games in the NFL, stacking 70.5 bags and 10 forced escaped.
