Former Pittsburgh’s Steelers -Steelers coach John Norwig will be Honored by the temple of renown of professional football As part of the 2025 “Excellence Prize”. Norwig, which retired in 2023 after 32 years with the Steelers, began his career in 1991 and included being part of two Super Bowl championship teams.
Norwig was a beloved member of the Steelers organization. Current and old players recognized his success on social networks when the news was published according to which he will be honored by the PFHOF. Brett Keisel, Alan Faneca, George Pickens and TJ Watt were some of the players who made a job.
“It is quite difficult to summarize in a few words what John has mean for us for 32 years,” said Steelers president, Art Rooney II, when Norwig’s retirement in 2023. “He was an accomplished professional . And stays for 32 years and offers us this level of professionalism.
