The quarter of the Bengals of Cincinnati, Joe Burrow, recently sat for a high podcast which included his remarks on the situation of the team ceiling and how his contract can be modified to help the team ‘Other expensive extensions.
Some, however, do not buy Bengals will really follow Burrow’s advice on these ceiling issues.
Colin Cowherd recently appeared on “The Herd” and shred down the idea that Bengals belong to the same conversation as Philadelphia, even saying that Burrow will end up asking for a job.
“They don’t have a real GM. The Eagles have one of the best, if not the best, and two assistant GMS, ” Cowherd said. “The Eagles have 21 scouts on their website, we watched. Bengals have four. Joe Burrow, to a certain extent, is therefore trapped. Think about it, I’ll say this. I absolutely think that at one point, it will demand to be exchanged. I really believe that. It is very difficult to miss the playoffs when you have an excellent quarter. A team that occurred this year: Cincinnati. It is practically impossible. Forty percent of the league go to the playoffs. If you have an excellent quarter-back in a quarter league, you go to the playoffs. “”

It’s a bit hyperbolic and dramatic, but not completely unfounded either. The name Carson Palmer began to appear in the minds of Bengals fans for a reason.
If Bengals gag this offseason and have trouble keeping everything, otherwise most of Ja’mar Chase, Tee Higgins, Trey Hendrickson and Mike Gesicki, things could really start with this direction.
But it’s a big if at this point. The ceiling space is there, provided that Bengals are ready to leave their comfort zone somewhat in terms of contractual structure and overall cash expenditure.
Currently, we can only presume that the front office of Bengals sees what everyone does and will not spoil this.
